Acupuncture

In an Oriental Medicine assessment, your practitioner will diagnose, or differentiate, your condition with a thorough examination which will include an interpretation through medical history, pulse, and tongue diagnosis. Your practitioner may also use the following adjunct techniques within your session; Moxabustion (heat), Gua Sha (scraping), Cupping (suction), Auricular Therapy (ear acupuncture), electrical or laser stimulation, or even manual manipulation of the pints. There are many different styles of Acupuncture, including; Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Tibetan.
 
 
 

Cupping

Cupping is a method of creating a vacuum on the patient's skin to dispel stagnation (stagnant blood and lymph), thereby improving blood flow, in order to get rid of blood stagnation of sprained muscles like ankle, knee, elbow, shoulder and low back, usually after sports injuries it really helps, also cupping is good for the stress release and helps anxiety too.
 
 
 
 
 

Moxibustion (fire needle)

Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy in which dried plant materials called "moxa" are burned on or very near the surface of the skin. The intention is to warm and invigorate the flow of energy and blood flow in the body and dispel certain pathogenic influences, so it is very helpful for the digestion problem and coldness of hands and feet, infertility.
 
 
 

Physical therapy

The treatment of disease, injury, or deformity by physical methods such as massage, heat treatment, and exercise rather than by drugs or surgery.
